Shipping policy

Where do you currently ship to?

We are currently shipping to all states, except Delaware, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.

When can I expect my online order?

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–4 days, depending on your location. Generally, we ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday; but subject to change. If you live in the greater Seattle area and prefer picking them up and meeting the founder(s) then please contact info@saanj-winery.com to coordinate. 

My order was never delivered or it has been delayed - who can I contact?

Please reach out to info@saanj-winery.com and we will help troubleshoot ASAP. 

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Yes, reach out to info@saanj-winery.com within 24 hours from placing your order and as long as the new address is in Washington state, then the adjustment can be made. 

Do I need to be home to sign for the package? 

Yes, you must be 21+, present your ID to UPS (our preferred carrier), and be present to receive your shipment. If you are not present, then UPS will do 3 more attempts, and after the 3rd attempt the package will be returned to Saanj Winery.

How do I track my order?

Once you have checked out and made the purchase, then you will receive a tracking number from UPS - this will be the number you may use to track your package. If there are any issues, please reach out to info@saanj-winery.com
